Rangiata Tuuta was born on the Chatham Islands (Wharekauri) on the 24th November 1908.
Rangiata Tuuta married Dick Te Raki they produced six children. Rangiata Tuuta died 12th October 1997 and is buried at Temuka, South Canterbury.
